What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is like giving your brain a quick reboot by allowing yourself to be present and fully engaged in the moment, without letting your brain drift off to other thoughts or distractions. It’s like when you are playing a sport and your totally dialed in- not thinking about anything other than your next move. It’s super helpful in reducing stress because instead of worrying about the future or overthinking the past, you are in the NOW. It will sharpen your concentration, improve your mental clarity and even boosts your mood! We will soon offer online sessions with our team, until then we invite you to take a look at some of the other great self-directed programs.These are two accredited options to find therapists in your area.
