Imagine it like a list of activities you can do to get that “feel-good” boost from your brain. A Dopamine Menu helps you choose activities that give you a healthier, longer-lasting dopamine boost. Instead of doom-scrolling on social media, you pick options like playing a sport, doing something creative or even chilling with friends that leave you feeling better overall and not just in the moment.

SELF-CARE MENU
I like having a SELF-CARE MENU on my phone to help get me out of a funk. You know it happens to us all when we feel stuck or sad or overwhelmed. When those emotions hit me, I choose from one of my “feel-good” options on my menu to boost my mood. Sometimes I‘m short on time so I choose something from the ”Appetizers”. If I have more time, I go the the “Main Course”. If I’m really down I’ll choose a second course or a dessert. Heck, I try to do one thing from my menu everyday to keep my mood HAPPY!

POSITIVE VIBE LISTS

Who knows- but we do love these quick lists of easy things you can do to boost your endorphins and to get you outside and involved in your community!
